Where it goes

Every contribution does real work

Donations to African Ambassadors support hunger relief, health care services, educational programs and community development. They also fund advocacy and policy efforts, cultural activities, and essential services for communities in need.

By funding these areas, donations play a crucial role in empowering individuals and fostering sustainable development.

How we began

In 2004, Dr. Chuma Osuji founded African Ambassadors with the aim of providing healthcare services and aid to individuals living in extreme poverty. Initially, Dr. Osuji reached out to a few of his acquaintances, requesting them to contribute their time and any amount of money they could afford. The objective was to ascertain how many individuals they could assist with the funds raised.

Since 2004, more than 600 families have received free healthcare services, and thousands of people in the United States and Africa have been provided with food.

We've been building our African Ambassadors community ever since, with no better motivation than that.
